Buyers want to see the details of your home, so ensure that they get a great view.
I suggest you pack up anything you do not use on a regular basis. This list should include your family photos, your extra dishes in the kitchen cupboards and those little knick-knacks. By doing this you also show that your home has a lot of space. You don't want the potential buyers to think there is not enough kitchen cupboard space when they see over stuffed cupboards.
You will have to pack when you move anyway, so why not get a head start and show off your home now to get it sold.
